  Never not even once have I received such horrible service... Been bringing my daughter since she was one, three years ago.... They changed the hours to 7:30am but didn't open until pass 8am... Told the receptionist who told me that they don't open until 8 but they had an emergency... she made the manager aware and the manager asked me where I was parked and told her right in front of the office waiting since 7:00... she (the manager) started arguing with me that she opened at 7:40am made her aware that I got off at 7:50 to check and took a picture and was still lock... she continued to argue with until I told her was not wise to argue with me when I'm mad for waiting while my daughter is sick and instead of her being concerned of my daughter's well being she's there arguing trying to prove me wrong... I don't complain unless you give me a reason and not once was I rude to had received such bad service and attitude... another mother was there as witness that I was not rude whatsoever
